Our commitment to the environment, community, and inclusion
I.T.E. promotes a model of responsible business that cares for the environment and people. Our initiatives aim to create value for the community, support biodiversity conservation projects, and collaborate with associations working for the inclusion of people with disabilities.
Our goal is to make a concrete contribution to a more sustainable, equitable, and accessible future.
Social inclusion
Collaboration with This Ability Veneto and Muoversi in Libertà ODV
I.T.E. supports This Ability Veneto, the regional event dedicated to promoting a new vision of disability, focused on self-determination, accessibility, and equal opportunities. The initiative was born from the collaboration of organizations active in the social sector, including MIL – Muoversi in Libertà ODV, an association that works to break down physical and cultural barriers and promotes social, educational, and support projects for people with disabilities, and was created with the contribution of Cassa Di Risparmio and Roteri.
On September 13, 2025, the Minister for Disabilities, Alessandra Locatelli, spoke via video link at This Ability Veneto, adding further value and recognition to the initiative’s progress and quality.
Protection of biodiversity
The adoption of two company beehives
Protecting pollinators is essential for maintaining the balance of the ecosystem. That is why I.T.E. has adopted two company beehives in the provinces of Vicenza and Lodi, in collaboration with Beeing’s Bee the Change program. The initiative represents a concrete commitment to protecting biodiversity and raising environmental awareness.

Our company, which specializes in the production of valves and fittings for industry, integrates environmental, social, and economic values into its organizational development.
