PRODUCT RANGE
Our production encompasses the six fundamental construction types regulated by ASME, available across all primary pressure rating classes (Class 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, 2500):
Welding Neck (WN): Featuring a tapered hub for butt-welding, ideal for high stress, severe gradients, and thermal cycles.
Slip-On (SO): Designed to slip over the pipe, preferred for quick installation and easy alignment in moderate pressure lines.
Blind (BL): Solid flanges used to blank off the ends of piping systems, valves, or pressure vessel openings.
Socket Welding (SW): Engineered with an internal socket weld, primarily utilized for small-bore, high-pressure applications.
Threaded (TH): Flanges with internal NPT threads allowing joint connection without welding, suitable for hazardous locations.
Lap Joint (LJ): Used in conjunction with a stub end, allowing free rotation for quick bolt hole alignment in frequent-dismantling systems.

FACE FINISHES
Gasket contact surfaces (Raised Face – RF finishes with Spiral Serrated or Smooth Finish phonographic grooves, and Ring Joint – RJ grooves) are precision-machined to ensure the exact roughness profile (Ra) required by international sealing codes.

QUALITY & CERTIFIED TRACEABILITY
All flanges are marked in accordance with ASME B16.5 standards, detailing nominal size, pressure rating, material grade, heat number, and applied code. Each shipment is accompanied by EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates, ensuring 100% raw material traceability and complete project compliance.
